lovely room; very stylish and comforting. Even though I had a room overlooking the Gare de l'Est itself, I had a great night's sleep. location and comfort of room. Ideal location and clean rooms, with an solid array of amenities. Perfect for a long layover or a short business trip. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were quiet. Staff were pleasent.It was just what I needed. Good price/confort.

The hotel was ok, but the problem was with poor insulation inside the room. The room and bathroom were cold due to wind draft into the room. I suggest to notify the hotel management about it. Otherwise it would be a perfect hotel for location and money worth.It is very close to Metro station. Not cheap, but then again, not necessarily expensive.Along with another couple, we stayed in 2 rooms on the 8th floor. One of the rooms was very squashy and we bumped our heads a couple of times walking towards the bed as the ceiling was low at the sides. Presume this was just because we were on the top floor though. No Restaurent for dinner or lunch.I may guess they didn't change sheets for bed. The inadequate amount of provisions supplied for the tea/coffee making facilities. The expensive price of the breakfast.No parking, but there are many pakings near the hotel. They take groups of young people, teenagers! They were meeting and chatting in corridors...luckily not outside our room or on our floor!. Noisy during the night. In a first room, hot and cold water was mixed. Tiny baths, expensive internet access, disappointing and expensive breakfast. Room size. unclear policy about extra beds- some rooms will not accept extra ones. Disappointingly - especially for Brits- inadequate tea and coffeefacilities (just two tea bags and two milk on the first day) nothing atall on the second!. The room and especially bathroom and toilets were a bit too small. Small rooms. The breakfast was not included in the payment (additional payment). There is no teakettle (only coffee-machine) at the suite room: there was no any choice in it.breakfast schould be inkcluded in the price of teh room which is already expensive !. the staff were often arrogant which was unfortunate as it would seem that a little more effort would ensure a loyal following. the electronic equipment in the room (IT, TV) were faulty but it took three calls before any of the staff took my 'problem' seriously; at that point they put me in a different room. I also think that WIFI should be free in larger/new hotels!. The room was quite small. The room insulation. I would not recommend this hotel during winter time. Airconditioning was not working inspite of complaints. I did not like the room. It was a very small attic room. The hotel does not accept 500 euro banknotes, and there is no place where you can read that fact in advance.
