Right in the middle of promenade de anglais and restaurants. Supermarket very close by and quick convenience store just outside but only sells alcohol, fruit and water which is still convenient to have if you arrive late in the evening. Closes late. Also about 5-10 mins walk to old town which has a market every morning and great restaurants! Very central location, if you want to be in the middle of Nice this is it. Airport very close by, about 5km.
