Friendly and efficient staff; very clean and an excellent location. We have stayed many times and have always been very pleased with the hotel and its staff. Very quiet room and brilliant location. location. perfect location and personal. Location of the hotel was excellent - alongside cafes/shops and 1-2 minute walk to the Promenade. Also, it was only a few minutes walk from the airport bus-stop, so it was a lot cheaper than geting a taxi. Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful - personal service. Room size was large for European hotel and had a small balcony. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel room was in a great location, clean, large for Europe, had great amenities such as a refrigerator, security/blackout blinds, TV, large bathroom, separate toilet from shower. The location was also quiet, off of any main roads. Wireless internet was inexpensive (3Euros/day).Overall a great hotel for the money. It was very quiet but also very central. Quite difficult to achieve!. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, and undergroundparking is a bonus. Rooms were modern and very clean. Location. thought the room smelt smokey inspite of asking for non smoker room. No view from the window, but you can't have everything. I did not have breakfast any morning. The tap water tasted a bit funny.No, overall it was what we hoped for. yes the balcony was inaccessible because there was a metal grid like a store which we couldnt open. No view from the bedrrom. Including breakfast items such as eggs, ham, sausages would not be out of scale. The air conditioning was not very effective. Lack of tea / coffeee making in room, no tissues, no shower cap - breakfast mainly bread. The mattress was low quality and too hard. Towels were thin and low quality.
