The hotel is newly refurbished, everything is clean and new. it was a little noisy from the street and the bar on the first floor, but only one of the nights. Location. excellent location,clean and comfort room,friendly staff. Extremely well located and efffecient staff. I thought this hotelwas excellent value for money The rooms were of an acceptable size -I do not understand why other guest reviews have complained aboutthe room sizes.
all reviews » The hotel is in an excellent position right on the promenade des Anglais, it is very quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Facing the beach, close to the marche fleur. Also just 10mins walk to the airport shuttle bus station and casino.We were really impressed with the staff. They were professional, ready to help, and gave us good advice. Also, the hotel is very close to the sea and the Flower Market, so it's in a very good location. The room was smaller, but really nice, and the beds really comfortable. Clean and nice, big bathroom. Excellent location close to the beach and the old town and still quiet.great location, very close to the old town centre and on the promenade. The only thing is without a lift but the staff at reception was very nice to help us to carry the luggage to the 1st floor during check-in and check-out.Just be advised that the hotel is renting out for a fee the beach towels. Also, there is a private beach and a public beach across the street ~ the private one closed at 6 PM and no one told us. . . (besides being 12 euro/person) The public one was just as good, and we bought minimum beach gear, since we were so close to the hotel. The view from the window was terrible and we were right at the top of the hotel. The balcony had one chair and was covered in bird droppings. We were quite concerned about the fire regulations and how we would escape if we needed to !!! I think this is important to check out for people allocated the rooms at the top of the hotel.room too small overlooking a very dirty backyard. very noisy as well because of the air conditioning unit installed outside.
