The front desk staff, particularly Julian and Brendan (?he worked nights), were so incredibly friendly and so very helpful in directing us to restaurant areas, monuments, etc., that we almost didn't need any map

Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.

The hotel is right next to a metro station and a tram station, so travel was fast, cheap and easy. The room was very large for Europe, the bathroom was a good size. It was very clean, they made our beds, replaced our towels and cleaned our room every day. Most staff speak English and other languages. They had a luggage check and were fast to call
