Atmosphere, decor, furnishings, polite and helpful staff. the rose in the bathroom. the use of the swiiming pool and hotel room was extremely nice. The view was also amazing!!. The style of the hotel and comfort. everything was good. Hotel was fine and classy. Check in/check out was good, nice reception. Breakfast was fine. Facilities is excellent. Location is convenient for all stay purposes based on appoximity to metro network.

A/C was not sufficient, room was silghtly warm except on the bed where the a/c outlet is located. Toiletries didnot recharged with cleaning process next day?. More, cooler air in the room would be better. As with most hotels wecouldn't leave the fan on because of the noise. Otherwise very good. Reception is under staff.location, too faraway from everything and difficult to get a taxi in this area. 1-The breakfast was not included furthermore it was very expensive to take it at the hotel for me ,my wife and 3 kids. - 2YES the arrangement for the hotel guests to use the health club needs to be improved as I was asked to go down to change my clouthes rather than getting one change box. Staff at reception both checking in and out very slow. Also location a bit far from centre. Yes - our room was not cleaned when we returned to our room at 5pm on the first day - we had to sit in reception while they cleaned it - which after a long day sight seeing was not ideal!. very expensive service, cafe shop, breakfest, etc. Breakfast was extra (25euro per person) so we ate elsewhere. Right at the end of Metro line 8 but services were frequent.I booked two rooms for two guests through your site. I still have the original confirmation. But, on arrival, the hotel reception denied this - told us I had reserved only one room and they could see my original booking that proved this. There is obviously a communication problem between your comapny and the hotel Rive Gauche. the gym was dirty and had a bad smell, and the gym staff very unhelpfull, but the on the other hand the reception staff was very helpfull.There was absolutly NO ONE to Help move my 9 BAGS to my room up and down. never expected this from a Four stars Hotel. Pool is not part of the hotel, and the fron desk of th epool are very rude. Hotel was tired...rooms old and not clean..communal areas were acceptable. Everything - the hotel staff were rude and unhelpful, with the exception of 2 men on the information desk. The word 'superior' should never be used in a description for this hotels rooms, lights didn't work, tiles falling off the walls and dirty bed linen. I was forced to pay an upgrade of 35euro per night and got nothing extra. Would never stay again.
