The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke English well enough to answer any concerns or questions we had. The metro was just a short walk away with easy access to all of Paris. Anything not available in the hotel itself was within easy walking distance. My daughter stayed here 2 weeks before me and also had a very good experience.

The snacks that came with the drinks.fantastic design. staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me and my son feel at welcome. communication between staff members was very good, we lost a wallet during our stay and they made phone calls and took messages on our behalf. we also changed our booking from a week day to a weekend for no extra charge.ease of transportation (two metro stations and one for tram), plenty of restaurants around, nice quiet area. The location was perfect and feetable to my needs. a bit dark in hallways, some extra lights in hallway and room would be great. I was on the third floor and there was no lift. The room would have been more comfortable with a chair to sit in. The soundproofing was poor. small room. i stayed with my son in august. i didn't get much sleep for the two nights we were there. the aircon was great, however as a brit i wasn't used to how dry the room would get. i would suggest filling the sink in the bathroom with water leaving the bathroom door open and not having the aircon fan on full. rooms too small, but with good taste. small elevator - narrow bathroom. breakfast is Eur 12 but too simple and not much choice. Small room !!!. Breakfast was vey basic with little selection.Room was small, breakfast expensive, no lifts to room we stayed in (difficult access with young child in pushchair). breakfast buffet is maybe expensive and it has not so many food to choose. room too small. the smallness of the room. difficulties to connect to the internet. previous time this worked well. Small rooms, old carpets in the room, poor breakfast for 12 Euros.
