Enjoyed the personal welcome from the owner who met us and made us a cup of tea and a sandwich. She was very helpful with our questions and booked us an early taxi for our ferry trip next day. The studio apartment was nicely heated and set up well with kitchen items. Very secure building. Next to supermarket and transport. Very comfortable furniture. Walking distance to downtown. The owner of the apartment was extremely helpful. The system for picking up the keys, directions etc was extremely efficient. The owner even left us some food for our arrival as we arrived late at night. The location was great for both arriving by plane or by ferry. Although it felt quite expensive, I think that it's all relative in somewhere as expensive as Finland!.
Very lovely and helpful owner. She even went home to get her digital box so that the tv would be working for us! The apartment is very cosy and homelike and in an excellent location in Helsinki. The centre of town is an easy 2 block walk. Great price for the location as well.
Area- next to the beach, quiet, shops around, walking distance to center, elevator- 5 th floor, comfortable beds, good facilities. Possibility of anytime check-in. Offer of checking out late.

The entrance to the building is a bit scary and the apartment itself is really old and somber. We didn't feel well there. And the price is absurdly high for what is offered. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this.
