Also an awesome view, and close enough to town for an easy walk, but up the hill enough for quiet. She also is a super cook, and serves the most beautiful and delicious breakfasts. We could not have gotten thro - Very nice, friendly, helpful owner (Malu), who lets you stay in one of her beautiful suites with large windows so you can see the beautiful sunrise. Walking distance from Banos, nicely located outside the city so you can enjoy the peaceful and quiet country life. The most enjoyable stay on my 3weeks trip through Ecuador!

  Everything was wonderful, especially all the spa services, the pool, the grounds and our suite. We stayed at the resort our entire three days in Banos, as we never wanted to leave. - Excellent friendly staff and Great facility's. We really enjoyed our stay. After several months traveling it was the perfect place to take some time out to relax.

  The staff were very helpful - my wallet and id. Had been stolen in another part of the city and they were helpful re: phones and information.   I booked to stay here after 2 months of volunteering and staying in very basic accomodation, I wanted a couple of days of luxury. It is an expensive option, but I was lucky enough to get a secret 1/2 price deal and the hotel certainly lives up to its status. When I arrived I was shown to my room ( the yoga suite) absolutely fantastic great views, ... what people say » private balcony/ terrace with spa bath, I had only booked a double room. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. - The service was excellent, very attentive to our wants and needs, the location was beyond belief! A dream location for 360 degree views!!!! The food was exquisite and the pools, Jacuzzi and hot tub were excellent with priceless views! Highly recommend this place it is stunning!!! We stayed in room #47. Dream come true.
