Balconies, and Fiona, the resident dog! The staff, other than the front desk manager, are friendly and helpful. The terrace view of the waterfall. Love the location! Staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna was so relaxing. When we arrived, the manager immediately told us we should have mentioned that we had two dogs. I pulled out my iPad and showed her where I DID note this on our letsbookhotel.com reservation. She then relented, but seemed to indicate that the dogs should sleep outside on the balcony. Not sure if this place is actually pet-friendly or not.
