A lot of parking places available for the guests. The breakfast is multifarious. The rooms have really big windows. Some may find activities like mini-golf attractive to many (we didn't have the time to try it). Friendly staff speaking good english.Spacious rooms, good room service and excellent breakfast. Only 5 min walk to station then 2 stops to city centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Close to train station with only 2 stops to the centre of Copenhagen.

We have preferred to walk by foot. location not ideal but value for money & room size was better than city centre hotels. No restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. You had to stay in the city all day or eat in the hotel. There were a emty beercan at our room when we arrived, so It seemt like the cleeaning of the room had vent a bit to fast. And I missed a pool and a bigger playin room for kids. No complaints whatsoever. would have liked a kettle in our room.....very often a late night bottle is required for the baby. Location a bit far from centre of city. The overall knowledge of the reception desk staff was quite lacking, though they tried to be helpful. Location is a bit inconvenient for seeing the town. Pricy, but we did book at the last minute. The property is located far from the city center. In the first room on floor 1200 the cooling was not working. Over 25 degrees in the room. Not acceptable at that pricelevel. Outside the city center, but very close to train station. No place in the rooms to put one's clothes, other than a few coat hangers. Staff is totally unfriendly. Service is awfull. Lack of cleanliness. Poor service at the bar. Ignored by bar staff - disgraceful manners. The bathroom looked less than functional. A kind of lab feeling. Dirty underpants were in the gents changing room, Whirlpool was not open We planned to stay two nights but we left after the first night. Absolutly not a 4 * Standard we are used to. very small rooms for price.
