Very nice hotel and in a great location right on the water and next to a big new shopping mall that had a Cinemax. Also very close to the train station. Nice hotel staff and good customer service. This is the first Hotel in Copenhagen that gives you value for money! I have stayed at som 20 different Hotels and all are outrageus low value.Pleasant and relaxed, helpful and friendly staff.

Not very central for sightseeing, eating out. Mini bar not replenished each day. Curtains not thick enough - woken by sunlight a bit earlier than I wished - 5am!. door electronic key (does not work sometime), shower glass protection, switches at the balks of the bed (one of it was not functional at all), no coffee in the room for self making. Software applications of their system is slow. Check-in and check-outtook over 20 min. Each - other guests complaining that this has beenongoing for weeks. I'd prefer that they should be equipped with more amenities, such tooth brush, shower cap, etc. Et net radio didn't work. Could serve better breakfast. Preferable with more options of food varietion. Maybe that location is in the middle of renovation, I expect it'll get better soon.
