Excellent location near metro and on walking distance from the historical city center. Nice room with classy interior. Excellent bath/shower. Even received slippers and a bathrobe which I did not encounter in any other hotel so far. Staff was very friendly. Helpful to answer questions. Arranged a taxi back to the airport. Great location, 2-3 minute walk to I.P. Pavlova metro and team stop. Supermarket next door. Hotel was spotless! Rooms are quirky, 502 is split over 2 levels. AMAZING bathroom! All staff helpful and friendly.

Being on a busy main road traffic noise could be disturbing at times. staff in breakfast room. No change bedclothes while 7 days. I found the old town a better spot so would have liked to have stayed there. As a solo traveller I found the new town about quite & not the best vibe. Noisy room service. Dirty walls. The pos terminal doesn t work- coudn t pay with a card, only cash... To expensive for this. Type of hotel Lacks facilties. Overall comment - negative. While it is realy not too far from the center - it is really not too close either. And still costs a bundle. Noise from the street + broken window locks = very noisy night, with police syren to boot. Decoration of the hotel is questioanble and at this moment run-down. Breakfast is ok, but kitchen staff has poor service manners.
