The hotel is quite quite modest but we expected it, for us it was important just to spend the nights there. It's rather cheap and really well situated. The breakfast was the same each morning but anyway you can't leave the hotel hungry, If you're going to walk all day long (as we did) it's really essential. The room was clean and every day tidied. The metro and tram station (if you need to go to the airport for example) are 1 minute walk.
all reviews » I got a triple room just for myself. It was clean and with typical modern hotel furniture. Breakfast was good enough, though I added a few fresh fruits of my own. Location is conveniently near a subway station, but center is reachable within 10-15 minutes along one street. The city map costs just 2 crowns. Perfect situated not far away from National Museum and many shopping posibilities, Metro only 5 Minutes away. Clean and comfortable rooms. The stuff is great: we had a little problem with the shower, they fixed ist very fast. Good Breakfast, everything common is there. I was fine in this nice and quite hotel. The room was bright, clean and spacious. Great breakfast. There was choice for all types of tastes. The staff is very helpful and the service is efficient. Our window overlooked the wall but for us it didn't matter) If you have night sleep problems beware the audibility of the hotel (quite often there are noisy school/student groups who stay there). The free wifi was ONLY near the reception if you want to get it in your room you have to pay for each day. No free wifi in the rooms, though I didn't need it as much staying for only one night. It was a little bit noisy, not because of the traffic outsite, but because we had a room wall to wall with the night club next door. So we heard the "boom boom" of the music till 4 o´clock in the morning. It was not our first stay in this hotel, the room we had one year ago was very calm (so don´t choose room 216, if you can). The breakfast is ok, everything is there, but a toaster is´nt. I think I take mine with me the next time :-). The breakfast is a little bit simple. Room was a bit on the small side. To get to the other side of the bed safely it was a case of climbing in from the opposite side as the gap at the end of the bed was a bit small ! Hotel is located at the top of a hill so not good at the end of a long day sight seeing ! (Use the nearest underground and it's not too bad !) breakfast is limited for choice if you don't get there early. the same breakfast for a week the hot meal of scrambled egg and frankfurters but the cereals cold meats cheese hard boiled eggs ect was fine. The furniture is old, safe for a fee, and the shower is very small. We were on the last floor, so the roof sloop was big. When you lay down in a bed, you must be careful if you don't want to hit your head. ;). breakfast wasn't so good, not much of a selection, had jam on bread which would have been better if we could toast it, lighting in room wasn't great as we just had the bedside lamps, defintely need a main light. People in general are not friendly, maybe it´s the country. As at most of the hotels we stayed at (8) there are liquid soap dispensers at the sink and in the shower. Our booking was not done in right month, but the recepcionist solved very fast the situation.The TV set very old and only local channels available. The brakfast was good, but no fruits or good juices. Free wifi only in the lobby. There was no possibility to open windows. Nothing important. Breakfast was horrible. The stuff is not very friendly in common. The first day the lady at the reception didn't even tell us there is an elevator behind the front desk, so we had to climb up on the 5th floor with all our baggage. It's a bit noisy, windows are not too good. It is also strange, that you can have cup of hot water (without tea or coffe) on the front desk, but you have to pay for it. And it would be nice to have a mini-bar in the room. It was noisy. You could hear music from a club and traffic. No ventilation in the toilets. Food was not very good. Noise at night (because near road), parking - your need pay extra 10 euro by 1 night. internet or wifi only near reception. Door card was a bit finicky. Breakfast very bland. Room was somewhat small, but reasonable considering price. Parking places only outside the building on the street. bathroom water pressure, bathroom curtain absence. No free Internet access as advertised!!!. The air conditioner in the room was not working. condition didn't work. The breakfast is quite simple, but for the money I paid - this is not even an issue. The security asking me to see my pass every time I went to my room. I couldn't take a friend to my room to give her my camera. That was poor. No free wi-fi (3 euro/hour) and breaking door in our room. The air con system wasn't working. nothing. you have to pay for a wifi in your room. Air ventillation of the bathroom opened to the smoking area, so the bathroom was always bed smalling of cigarette smoke.
