free internet. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, because some of the reviews I have read were not so good. Great location, just three tram stations from center. The room and the bathroom were big, comfortable and clean, towels changed regulary. Heating was great. Good value for money. Good place to rest after a long day of exploring beautiful Prague!. Very spacious and comfortable room. I enjoyed the rapid answers for my requests. Was on good place. Rum service and staff were very pleasant and qualified doing their jobs. I have bigger room than expected, so... I preffer small ones to stay in.I asked for a switch of room because of noise in the morning and they gave me another room no problem which was much quieter. stayed there for 5th time and will be back at same hotel later this year.. also via LetsBookHotel.com.Huge rooms, great, great breakfast!. Free internet. Big room.All. Hotel is located on quiet street and is at walking distance from old town. Rooms are pretty large. Breakfast was pretty plain. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The information for traffic public transportation and the locationBreakfast was ok. It was close to the center, walking distance from the inner city.Nearby the inner city, easy to reach by tramp, nice og cosy. Good reception staff.Relatively cheap (at least at the price we paid), but no frills. Has a private parking at a reasonable price. Walking distance (about 20mins) to the city center. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the water in the shower was always hot, and the tram was only a few minutes walk away. All in all, it was very good value for the price we paid (only around £250 for four nights for a double room in October). The breakfast was sufficiently good too, and filled us up to start the day!. Clean room, location. Not much except it was clean and spacious. on a busy road. nothing. we reccomend this hotel for those who like value for money.WiFi is available only at reception. Strange that it is not available in the rooms. TV. Quite far out of the city centre in a slightly sleazy area, but I suppose that's not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was not very varied. The not smoking in a room ashtray and smoke smell!. the breakfast was not so good. also it is a little bit noisy during the night and early morning. Was put in a room for the first night where all of the noise from the hallway could be clearly heard really early in the morn. and then late at night. TV didn't have channels that they said they had on a leaflet in the room. Staff is not very friendly, a bit far from main attractions. But the tram is quite nearby. There were no internet on the 2d floor. Well I asked for a NONsmoking room but he room was very very smoky so Ihave to leave the wood wide open when I was I the room during daytimethat was very very unpleasant. Beds are reaklly too small. Coffee is like water. Shabby surroundings, breakfast below 3*, some staff still consider guests a nuissance. room window side by aisle. Unfortunately, we did not have a double bed - it was just two twin beds pushed together, and the most annoying factor was that there were two separate single duvets instead of one double one to share. Definitely could be sorted quite easily and cheaply by the hotel owners! The tea at breakfast is grey, and the coffee is weak, but that wasn't a major concern. To change towels. yeah, reception was in one building, our room in another on the same street and the car somewhere some streets away where they decided to reserve us one spot. And it cost more than specified on the site. Bad and dark room, different rooms for the same price, not verygood breakfast. I did not feel safe!! Hated the entrance!! We were in the second hotel andit had a long hallway with no lights!! Then when you got to the secondhallway that had lights there was a set of double doors that led out toa backyard. The doors were never locked.
