The hotel is rather good for its money. Breakfasts are ok, staff are hospitable. We like the place where the hotel is. Once we went by bus to the city center, watched the rout, next times we walked, cause it's rather close. Also there are lots of restaurants with local cuisine near. We advise to visit Sklepeni, rather cheap, tasty, and a cool waiter ;) So the hotel itself left only nice impressions.

Location, keeping the price in mind, is really good, it is not far from center. For example, it took no longer than 30 minutes on foot to reach the astronomical watch. There is a lot not expensive restaurants or bars around the hotel. The hotel is located on the busy road but the double windows allow for an undisturbed sleep. It's quite central. We walked to the Wenceslas Square in about 20 mins from the hotel. Stuff was friendly & polite. Breakfast was good too - nothing special but sufficient. Very clean rooms. Except for one day-time lady receptionist, the staff was excellent and very helpful. Their directions and advise was always correct. Bathroom has the mirror that fogs everywhere but the middle so that one can use it even after a hot shower - unique feature!. The rooms were very nice! For 30€ a night I wasn't expecting much. Especially from the neighborhood appearance, but I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was super friendly as well! Spoke great English and helped us with which bus to take. very kind stuff, according to price very good comfort, good breakfast and quite close to the center (approx. 30min by foot oraz 5min by bys). Very clean and quiet place (ofcourse as for the city center).Would come again for sure. The hotel is relatively well located. The room was very clean, staff was quite friendly. The breakfast was not so good, but not bad either. - no free wi-fi - no parking spots (- 20 min. by foot into the city) - terrible drinks for breakfast (besides coffee and cocoa). Noisy street. Cracking floor in room, not so clean floor finish, expenive wi-fi access (also if you want to have internet in more than one device you must buy access separately for each). Wi-fi is charged per electronic unit. No shower curtain, the water splashes all over the floor. No towel change in 3 days we stayed there. Bath towels are old. Floor carpet is dirty. Pillows are a disaster. The stuff didnt make you feel very good. We had some problems with our credit cards which were gone in a day but they still looked down on us for some reason. I was very displeased. The breakfast could have been better but it wasnt so bad. It had the basics. - extra payed Internet was the biggest problem - dirty carpet. It's far from Down town and taxi is very expensive!!. Poor location Not easy to find Seedy run down area 3 euros a day for wi-fi Poor quality breakfast, when its gone its gone No kettle in room. Extremely rude reception staff. No Metro station in the surrounding of the hotel.
