It's just a few minutes on foot from the old town and is a very modern place in a quiet street. Must have been renovated very recently. Large room with excellent bathroom, a TV and WiFi. There are shared kitchen facilities available. Price was very reasonable considering location and facilities. -

The location is perfect for city tour. It is not inside the old town but I guess it is an advantage of the apartments than disadvantage. Split is very touristic place with magnificent palace and old part of the city. In my opinion, it is better to stay somewhere outside the crowdy center. A personal is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely great place for accomodation in a quiet street, that is close to the sea. Down the street is an old church with nice little garden. Within 15 min is beach and tennis camp with different type of courts, that can be rent at 10 euro/hour.

Lovely welcome from Vanja. We had a room with a balcony overlooking roof tops and the sea; to the right, masses of bougainvillea. Billa Supermarket just round the corner. 5 min walk to the sea and Split families enjoying themselves on the sandy sections of the beach. 15 mins walk into the wonderful old city. A road nearby was busy, but never at night. Definitely recommend.

The best possible choice to stay in Split! The location is just perfect (within 5 minute walk you can reach 3 of the best restaurants in Split, two of them with seaview). Boban is just 15 minute walk from the city center and 3 minute walk from the beach. It is situated in the beautiful and peaceful area.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could ask anything and they were always eager to help us. They also gave great tips what to do in Split. The room was spotless clean and exactly as the pictures on the internet. Wi-Fi worked the whole time perfectly. Couldn't be happier about our choice to stay here for 3 nights!
