It's just a few minutes on foot from the old town and is a very modern place in a quiet street. Must have been renovated very recently. Large room with excellent bathroom, a TV and WiFi. There are shared kitchen facilities available. Price was very reasonable considering location and facilities.

Neighborhood is a little beat up, and don't even think of parking unless you have a tiny car...streets needed to access room are narrow and you need to leave your car a few blocks away.
