  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   Room design. Cleanliness. Freedom. Location. Delicious breakfast. All that people are writing about the swimming pool is unfairly diminishing hotel's rating. The pictures of the pool are exactly views from the balcony.   The rooms were stylish and modern, very big and it all looked really new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too - adequate selection. The hotel has a large car park which we needed for our hire car. We took a taxi into old town only cost between 40 and 50Kuna about Eur 6 -7.   The hotel is located right on the waterfront. It is close to the active part of Split. It is near the major attraction, Diocletian's Palace, a unesco protected site. The bus station is a short ten minute walk away which made travel to other towns quite easy. The staff was quite helpful and polite. They kept our baggage for two days for no charge w... what people say » hile we went to Dubrovnik. The room had no air conditioning, but the room was quite cool. Buffet breakfast is included. - This hotel couldn't be in a better spot, right in the centre of Split, not far from Diocletian's Palace, and, more practically, close to the bus, train stations and ferry port. Bacvice beach is not far away. I much appreciated one of the cleaning staff putting a fan in my room and turning it on during the day so I could get a good night's sleep on a hot summer night in Split- and, boy,that's hot ! Breakfast pretty good.

  I came in October during the off season, was a bit apprehensive due to other reviews - pleasantly surprised though. When I was here this place was cleaner, more comfortable and more spacious than you would expect for the price. Its great value and a great location. Showers were fine- no leakage. Great that it has a lift- no stairs. Plenty of space... what people say » for my luggage that would max out any ryanair limits- I even tried to imagine it in high season & think as long as u kept your stuff in your bag - Superb hostel - the 8 person dorm looked exactly as the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Separate toilet, shower and sink to avoid queues for the bathroom among 8 people. The hostel's buffet breakfast is only 37 kunas (5 euros) and is very tasty. Located around the corner from the main high street Marmontova, and close to both the sea and restaurants/bars.

  We booked the studio apartment last minute for two nights originally. We ended up staying 3 because it was so lovely! The apartment is small but perfectly formed and has absolutely everything you could need - washing machine, wifi, air con etc. Also lots of cooking equipment provided. I loved the design of the apartment and the location was brilli... what people say » ant - right in the centre of Old Town but quiet enough to have a lovely night's sleep. Tea was very welcoming and helpful. It was also lovely to have - Rooms Sandra was great! Tea the owner was a pleasure to deal with and no request was too hard. i.e extra pillows, clothes rack and making a reservation for a pedicure for my wife. Highly recommend this accommodation and if we were to come again to Split we will definitely stay here again. Tea, Thank you once again :)
