  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   The location is fantastic: 5 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace, but tucked around the back of a building and thus absolutely quiet. Central Split can be a raucous party scene, but Royal Suites is dead quiet, despite its proximity. The staff is also absolutely fantastic. They looked up ferry and bus times for us, bought our tickets, advised us... what people say » about unusual shopping needs--anything we needed help with, they were there. Someone also waited up for our arrival at 11 PM on a Sunday night. The - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

  I do not know where to start. We just finished traveling Croatia for 9 days and our last 2 nights were here in Split and it was the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip. The apartment was fully furnished. Dishes, washing machine, towels, tv, Internet. The owner, Branka, was the best as well. She made the apartment so welcoming and was there... what people say » if we needed anything. The Tv wasnt working and she called the provider and it was fixed in minutes. The location was excellent, right off the main s - We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

  The apartment is luxury, new, clean and decorated very tastefully. Combination of wood and stone are rarely seen it will remain in our memories. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

  Apartment had everything you needed apart from a washing machine. It was comfortable, across the road from a nice beach (which was a bit tough on the old feet). Beach bar served cold beer and good food. Bus stop into town and shop only 100metres away. Emelia was very helpful and friendly. - Apartment was new and great.   Wow. This place is fabulous! To start, our host, Marija, simply could not have been kinder or more accommodating. She was extremely helpful in making recommendations for sightseeing, dining, etc. in Split. She was also very gracious about accommodating a couple of special requests we had. The owners, the service (they went out of their way to serve us), very professional, a couple of restaurants within walking distance that have phenomenal food and were recommonded by the owners. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the tourist area: near enough to walk, far enough to be very quiet at night. The room was immaculate and there was plenty of space for two or three people. It is an easy 10 minute walk to old town. Good breakfast and safe location. I'll stay here again.

Our first night, it was raining and our hotel arranged for us to order dinner from an excellent restaurant and eat it in the hotel dining room with wait service.
