All hotel employees at the reception desk and the concierge Albert have been very nice to us and they have offered an outstanding service to make our stay very much enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and well cleaned every day. Very cosy and comfy room. Perfect hotel location. We also have enjoyed the complementary wine tasting offered by the hotel every weekday between 5 and 6. My sister and I stayed here for the Madonna concert and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We wished that we could have enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, but time was not on our side so we had to miss it. We would definitely stay here again!.
all reviews » The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, especially Albert the concierge who let us borrow his umbrella and the General Manager who helped us book a hotel for the next part of our vacation. Finally we were offered a big upgrade to a full appartment when it turned out that all the rooms with a queensized bed were occupied. The rooms were comfortable, there was no delay in booking in or out. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rate was very competitive we would definately stay again if the rate was comparable. excelent price for a 4 star hotel on Vancouver downtown(40% sale on the reservation), very confortable and clean, employees very friendly and professional. location near the centre with parking. (We like Buffets) Sorry!. The hot tub was way too hot and there should be a continental breakfast.Not much walking room. The advertisement for wireless internet is misleading. The room has a plug in modem for internet service so only one computer can be running. Since it was supposed to be wireless we had 2 laptops. Also the beds were very hard - not so comfortable. The rest of the room was nice enough tho and the bath was a big jacuzzi tub. All in all I'd rate it a 3 out of 5.
