Hi speed internet and the position. central location, clean. Rooms are very comfortable(although the hotel seems to be not so new). The free internet access in the lobby was really great. Breakfast was OK (the blueberry scones very delicious). The bus to the center and a supermarket are near the hotel. Cont. Breakfast was great! Great variety for all!! Free underground parking too! The staff were awesome and very helpful with directions to various places in Vancouver. Romms clean and spacious and quiet I selected it on short notice becauseit was available and it was a good choice and price for me. tour in vancouver area. Location, service, great staff, free parking, free paper and a greatcontinental breakfast- good variety,quality, and open @ 7am. Location is perfect if you don't want to spend to much money most downtown hotels want....all you need is Bus #19 or #8 and in 20 minutes you are in downtown....also the hotel rooms are quite nice....I loved the beds...so soft and big...nice facilities in the room (fridge, microwave, tea/coffee maker). helpful staff, comfortable, clean room. Nice size room. location. I felt the breakfast was quite adequate. Chutney Village (a nearby restaurant) is *fantastic*. Location good, free internet, but only one station. WiFi if you have your own computer. relatively quiet, clean, easy, good location. the friendly staff and the big room. security parking. staff on arrival was friendly.No, everything was excellent. breakfast was crowded but arrangements were in pllace to take back to your room so it doesnt matter. Breakfast room is too small, and the parking lots (garage) are very narrow. I have no complaints the staff were very good and helpfull andknowledgable in regard to the city and surroundind area and its touristevents and destinations. the Breakfast was quite poor....Continental Breakfast was booked and we were happy with it until we arrived....all they have is Tea/Coffee, Apple/ Orange Juice, Bagels and Pastries...only that the Pastries and Bagels are stored in big boxes underneath the buffet which meant they stood there for some days....obviously that is something you taste in Pastry as it becomes dry and old. Underground parking is limited, but there is parking on the street.dining room for breakfast was small and poorly equipped. A bit pricey, but otherwise OK. the small breakfast room. a bit too far from downtown. getting old, my bathroom sink was leaking. Better service of the clercks. This is a dump. Location is on a noisy street, so couldn't open window, ac was even noisier and did not cool room at all. wifi access was hidden behind the night stand, so it took us ages to find and staff didn't know where it was either! Parking spots are incredibly tiny. Hotel has a tired, run down air and you had to queue up for the depressing breakfast. To be avoided.
