Winslow Residence (formerly known as Mountain Residence 3 Aparthotel) is only approximately 200 metres away from the gondola station. It has great indoor facilities like a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, mini cold pool, massage, a lobby bar and many others.
The building consists of 42 apartments designed for comfort and convenience not only during peak ski seasons, but also in the quieter summer. The location provides easy access to local taverns, pubs and nightly entertainment. The newly opened skating ring is only metres away. All apartments are furnished with a contemporary designs and high priority in comfort.

The appartments had everything you need, central heating, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot water everytime and there were never any troubles. The furniture of the appartment are also new. the appartment were also spacious since we had both the 1 bed roomand the 2 bed room. Its location is near to the gondola lift just 5 min away and 2 min away from the main street. Perfect location if you are interesting about easy access to Ski Zone and Gondola area. The apartment was spacious, well laid out, new, nicely designed and 200m from main gondola lift. the rooms are very confortable. The appartment itself. Excellent Location, clean and spacious rooms/appartments, cozy spa centre. Warm, new, 5 minutes walk from the gondola and good value for money. it was in a good location and had good self catering facilities.it is close to gondola , large and comfortable apartments. the location. good location,near to gondola, big appartments,good price. I liked the luxury and the conviniencies of the rooms. Peace and quiet - we were the ony people there. It is close to the lift. General good conditions, close to the the ski lifts. fairly new, very close to the lift. Close to the gondola station, has parking spaces outside the building, no need to use paid parking. Close to restaurants and shopping area. Cleaner came irregularly so rubbish piled up. Hotel is still in the middle of a construction zone so access is via a muddy gravel path. it was cold in the bathroom. The jaccuzzi and sauna were closed, this was not mentionned previously. The site, the dirt road in front of the hotel i.e.the access, and no nice view because of the building site in front. I would recommend the hotel but not Bansko! And please mention clearly the whereabouts of the hotel to your next customers, it took us 2 hours driving around before we found it. Nobody in Bansko seems to know.Non english speaking reception. Bad road. have to ask for clean towels even when dirty ones are left on bathroom floor. the apt could of been a bit cleaner. appartments weren't very clean, staff wasn't very friendly. the staff is very slow in the service of the customer (1 hour for a simple checkout ?). The bathroom is a wet room so we both got wet feet every time we wanted to use the bathroom. There were no reception staff on arrival or departure. The worst thing was not being able to find the hotel and noone picking up the telephone when we tried to ring to find them. It is very dificalt to find the hotel. the smell in the bathroom. The shower had a leaking problem and all the bathroom turned out wet. should have breakfast, and correct the map they give its wrong. Room was smelling, very cold, it took a day to warm up. Everything outside the sleep was paid extra. We needed baby coat, hotel offered and tried to charge us for broken coat.

The hotel is located only approx. 200 metres away from the gondola station. It is very close to the main Pirin Street, a number of taverns and restaurants. The newly opened skating ring is right opposite the hotel. No construction work in the surrounding area.
