Very attentive staff. Willingness to help 24 hours. It has a fireplace. Very quiet street, where the hotel is located. It is possible to park on the street for free. Walk to the gondola 10 minutes. Entertainment, restaurants and shops - in close 5 min. It was exactly what I was expecting for. The pictures showing the room (flat) where accurate and there was a lot of heat. The breakfast was home made everyday (those pancakes were awesome) and very tasty.
