Hi from kastoria , your hotel is excellent!!!!!!!! The room was nery nice and the pool and spa services offered us a great time of relaxation. Your personel was very kind and willing to help us with everything we needed. I hore to be there again this year, ..untill then ... tsaooo !!! . We had a great holiday at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcomed my three boys. It is very close to gondola station so easy to walk with all our skiing gear. The spa area was excellent. We are returning again next year. .
