Nice hotel, great location, great place, comfortable rooms. Excellent staff, perfect location!. Excellent,clean and very large. Some nice facilities. the rooms are near to ski lifts -Gondola. Very close to the cable car. Cleanliness. We booked for the facilities I.e pool and spa and a lot of them were not available which was very disappointing and should have been made clear prior to the booking as we would not have booked to go to this hotel.
