The staff were very helpful, especially the young lady on reception, and the hotel was good for a couple of nights. nice hotel to stay for one or two days. the breakfast and location were nice. the location. Lack of information about one way systems and pedestrian areas in Ostend and parking facilities. Entrance from street was run down and grubby looking (mat was kicked up and dangerous) and the lift was elderly and did not reach all floors.
