It was very nice the staff and security guard on duty at night was very helpful in that i had to use crotches because of a surgery.i was put on the third floor but was moved immediately to the first and everything wad convient.thank ms.michelle and wanda at front desk.security guard at night when we checked in on the 17november very nice and helpful also and room service staff nice job of cleaning.nice scenery at this resort.
all reviews » The room was big and very pretty. Everything was clean. Looooved the patio with the beautiful view of the harbor. The people were friendly. Glad to have the microwave and refrigerator. Pretty pool. While the pool was not working, we were given accommodation at another pool. It was not terribly expensive at all. Everything our booking was last minute and via the web, the appt was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you would need for any length of stay. A relaxing and child friendly pool and hot tub and facilties such as complementary shuttles topped off this excellent package. Wonderful huge apartments. Beautiful pool with hot-water jacuzzi. Free bikes available to borrow which meant that the distance to the beach and restaurants was shortened considerable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Decoration of the room was great. location: more relax and quiet than city center. Close to the most quiet and prettiest beach. Small convenienece store not to far. Balcony and kitchnette available. Shuttle 1x/day to go to city center, Cabbage beach (public) 10 minutes walk, staff very frienly! Rooms very big, clean, big balcony. Swimming pool perfect with the sun the whole day!. Everything! The taxi drivers are not too honest some of the will try to overcharge you which is nasty. Too bad the bar/restaurant next to the Marina is closed. It would have been great to socialize there. shower water was cool. Ants near the bathroom window. Wasn't that big of a deal! I booked months in advance for 2 days and the total came up too $190 on the website. When I was checked out the bill was $280. Almost $80 in taxes or hidden fees. The website said there was a pool, hot tub and free water taxi to Nassau. However, when we arrived we discovered that the pool and hot tub were being renovated and there was no free water taxi service. We should have been told about these things prior to our trip. too isolated, no restaurants or stores in walking distance, other than pricy beach club. the pool needs a heater. Not centrally located. However there are shuttle services. No restaurant at all in the hotel : the closest one is at least 20 mins walk! It's written on the letsbookhotel.com page it has a restaurant : that's false. Far & taxi was expensive. On the website there was noted that you can choose to clean up your room or not. However, when we arrived the staff told us it was mandatory and we had to pay extra for that! If it's mandatory why is there a choice?. Really far from shops Expensive (33-35$) drive from the airport to the hotel, no free shuttle Wanted to pay with my credit card the eve 'cause next day in the morning needed to leave early. Was not possible...had to leave all my credit card details and they charged me later... Wi-fi not working Lobby staff & availability. the staring workers. pool has no heater. It stated it had a shuttle and resturants & it had neither. Booked a junior suite. Gave me room 2b . Said that's all they had.
