Professional, helpful and welcoming staff, everywhere around The resort is indeed beautiful, clean and very well organized You have all kind of activities, shops and restaurants Great value for money in Virgils Restaurant. Very nice and smile staff The possibility to go to the movies free of charge. Everything! This was the most enjoyable vacation we have had with the kids in a long time. We both even won at the Casino! And even had a night on the town with qualified babysitting services. What a lovely trip!.
all reviews » It was an amazing place to visit and the resort was beautiful. There was endless amounts of activities to do during the day and the nightlife was really fun. Proximity to nice restaraunts. Being close to beach. Casino. Very friendly and helpful staff including check in. Loved the casino and the waterpark. The resort has many amenities it offers. the ocean the breeze the fact that it wasn't cold and snowing everything !!. the grounds where very nice and it was clean. Water activities. The waterpark is amazing and the different pools are really great. The special Atlantis water world has to be seen once in your live, but go to Dubai, was there hotel is much better although water world not so exciting. The view of the balcony is super beautiful and the room was huge. Amazing beach. Excelent water park (recommended to wear shorts). Amazing dolphin interaction. Beautiful sunset at Paradise Beach. Clean and convenient pools, restrooms and restaurants. Taxes, service and mandatory gratuity should be included in the price. Overpriced Wifi, drinks and outdoor activities. What's not to like? The beautiful weather, access to everything, babysitting services, great food? Won't hear a complaint from me. The resort was way to expensive for anything! A bag of chips that cost $1 in the states was $13.50 and there wasn't a place that had plates cheaper than $20. Expect to pay $100 a meal if you travel as a couple and eat at their restaurants. They're way too proud of medium quality food. Room was very dated. Sink and bath tub were both clogged upon check in. Maintenance did fix promptly. Out door food prices were high for the quality and amount. The coral towers seems old and outdated. The rooms felt like a regular hotel room not something worth the money we paid for. Prices for food was outrageous. It was expensive but for a "once in a lifetime" trip - I guess it goes hand in hand. the drinks where very expensive and we did not like spa it was not what i would expect from the atlantis. Food - Didn't get value for your money Virgils was satisfactory. The staff was great!!. Hidden fees are outrageous. For this reason will not return. Will caution friends. Restaurants were quite expensive and food very american style fast food, especially the restaurants close to the pools. No real nice bars to get to meet people and have a relaxed atmosphere. Do not go there if you are not in casino. Worse were the sponsored events which showed hotel guest nice parties which they were not allowed to go too as they were sponsored by companies for their clients. Maybe hotel should sponsor some for their clients haha. The shower was broken. Didn't have slippers and bath robe, we asked twice for them and they delayed 1 hour to bring us the robes. They charged a mini bar without we consumed anything. They didn't clean the bath well. Everything is super expensive. Everything was very expensive including wi-fi which you would think would be free because of the expensive price of the rooms! The pools and outdoor activities closed at 7:00 which I thought was early!.
