The hotel was extremely close to the Vienna city center, easily accessible, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping us make arrangements before and during our stay. Nice location, great breakfast, very polite and helpful staff and clean room without any noise. All of that for a cheap price. I could not ask for anything more... :). Staff was amazing, particularly Monica and Paul. Location was great and hotel was very clean and spacious. Best breakfast we had in Europe. Would definitely rebook.

The curtains were probably never cleaned. The rooms are big and have an immense potential if they were a bit re-modernized in their decoration. Changing the furniture, to newer one would really improve to a 100% the first impression!!. The interior of the rooms is quite basic and need renovation as well as halls. Bed-linen seems to be old and in my opinion should be replaced with at least fresh or more exquisite one. Bathroom fixtures looks also old and the show leaks a little bit. The bed mattress and linen need upgrading although for a short stayit was okay. wi fi had poor signal. no tea/coffee facilities in the room as written in the advertising; limitted selection of English TV channels. i think you have to do some improvement regarding the rooms.about decoration ,furniture. twin beds instead of double bed. Crampy elevator, relatively small room, wireless up to the 2nd floor only (room was on the 6th, so no chance). -the garage was way to small, impossible not to scratch the car (we did), and very expensive also; -we asked for double bed and got twin beds, -funny smell in the room, -the hotel could use some renovation. Some confusion about how to get back into the hotel during the late evening (so lack of communication there), large floor stains in my room and in the dining hall, and a few other minor points but overall it was not a bad stay. One of the receptionists and one of the waiters in the restaurant were very rude, however all other staff was friendly and helpful. TV reception was very bad, and nobody seemed to have cleaned under the bed in ages...interiors.
