The hotel was really excellent. Although the room was too tiny, it was so well organised that we had good feeling to stay there. The hotel has good location, it is close to the Opera (cca. 10 minutes by foot) and it was easy to find parking place on site. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly the front desk. The restaurant was excellant, and the breakfast buffet as good as we have seen anywhere. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The room was nice but a bit small with the sofa used as an extra bed. Very noisy.I would like to made an observation. I made a reservation for the hotel using AmericanExpress. However when we made a check out the receptionist told us that their POS terminal does not accept AmericanExpress. Fortunately there was a colleague of mine, who is owing an Eurocard. The non-smoking area of the restaurant was very small. Smoking was allowed in all public areas so the smoke filtered up the stairway. Even though our room was non-smoking you could smell the smoke as soon as you opened the door into the hallway. The Internet was expensive (4 Euros per hour) and was very slow.(Probably the sound of the trams outside, but we would like to state this point as just a small element ...). It was a bit far from the metro station. we ate at the restaurant one night and they brought us the wrong bill with extra charges. this could have been an honest mistake but we cannot be sure... newspaper and TV canal in russian. No spots where to park the car (free). It was very hot so we would have appreciated air conditioning instead of fans, which were supplied. English newspapers in the morning would have been nice!. Would have liked a proper double bed. Our room little was too warm: air condition would be fine.The hotel could retain style with new "old-fashioned" furniture. The breakfast is of excellent quality and offered in quantity; it could be of greater variety. Free internet in lobby would have been great. I was asked by the waiter if I would like coffee and also about my room number during the breakfast (coffee was not served on smorgasbord). I guess coffee was a delicate cause for asking about room but I haven't received coffee then, it seemed a bit weird (sense of Viennese humour). the restaurant. Our room was quite small compared to the price. Telivisions do not have a hotel setting so the neighbours telivision can be so loud you could hear it.
