We stopped in apartments No. 1301 two families. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, big kitchen and a hall with a fireplace, TV with a satellite plate, sofas and a lunch zone. There it was pleasant to us. Cleaning was carried out in time. Service personnel friendly and attentive. The hotel is located near the subway Karlplats in the downtown. As a whole it was pleasant to us. Let's be in Vienna, we will surely stop here once again.
all reviews » The location is awesome, near Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt. It has a kitchenette, so you don't have to go out to eat for every single meal. The breakfast buffet is standard for Europe, which means it's quite good. The coffee was particularly tasty!. The rooms were comfortable and in a very good location in Vienna (close to the market and metro lines). It was a 5 minute walk to the museum district and Hofburg. The neighbourhood was full of good cafes and restaurants. I war extremely fascinated by the design of Carlton Opera hotel in Wien. We lived in appartaments and I were over the moon by сeiling of 4 metets height. I think it's an ideal place to spend some days in Wien. Location near to market, and great cafes i.e. Cafe Sperl, Phil. the apartment was located at top floor, very spacious and nicely designed. Washing machine and warmer are great plus points. Location is excellent. Around hotel there are the restaurants, bars, market. A varied breakfast. Apartment is huge! There are all in the room! Excellent price-quality-service.Thank you!. Overall it was a very good place, quite close to transport to get around, I liked the old style of the building, very quiet too, made for a relaxing holiday.. The place is very close the famous market and tram 1 is also very close. The staff of the hotel are very helpful and nice. I will come again. The location of the Hotel Apartment is good. Near the city and close to a subway station. There is also a Spar Market close by. We stayed there for 5 nights with two kids(8 and 11). The location was fine, just 5 minutes from Karlsplatz and close to eating stalls and supermarkets, but it was slightly tricky to find it the first time. The breakfast was also fine (and I prefer Mozart to the usual pop background). Huge bedroom and a washing machine. Unfortunately we left clothes in the machine but they weren't found!. Location is pretty good and appartment is good to stay at for the price, decent breakfast. close to restaurants and main sights. I had a nice time in this hotel. -Was a good location -wifi was good and consistent -although was bitterly cold outside the room was lovely and warm. The washing machine didn't work, the parquet creaked - repair in apprtament was long ago. To have breakfast it was necessary to go to restaurant of hotel through the street - mute uncomfortablly. I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both rooms have had a problem with the shower leaking onto the floor due to old seals. Kind of annoying to get out of the shower into a lake. It would be a stretch to call a room with one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette an apartment so maybe this was a bit misleading in the advertisement. Not so near to metro/tram station. One of the bed mattress was spoilt. Found the water for tea lukewarm, I am used to hot water, some of the meats didn',t suit me, my friends liked it, but generally quite a good range to choose from, but no real complaints. That there was no elevator in the apartments. Almost none, used an hour to try to start the washing machine because it is indicated in Germany not in English, but finally I made it by use the free wifi to translate in google. It is an older building and the rooms would use some renovation. The curtain can not shield the sun light. - Hotel does not have its own parking. Did not like the breakfast, not much choice and no hot food except for boiled eggs. Very poor internet reception. Broken window blind in room Bathroom tiles grouting needed bleaching. Even houskeeping replaced all the towels with clean ones, after first usage of any towel, it was stinking like bad bacteria accumulation. no Air condition. The flat (on the 7. floor) was fairly small - drop "spacious" - and in the kitchen I could hear music from somewhere so I had to close the door to the bedroom, which solved the problem. Doors didn't close properly and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time you used it. It is waiting for renovation, Toilet and bathroom are separated, no elevator in old building, garage is in a block. somethings in apartment a liottle run down. Nothing. I wouldn't call what I had an apartment. Was VERY small, a very basic room with a small hob and a fridge. Was on 7th floor and the one basic lift only worked sporadically- fine for me but could be a problem for others.
