We stayed at the Karlskirche II apartment. Thomas was very friendly. The apartment is better than the photos let us know, very clean, very clear, really close to downton and underground stations, the kitchen is really well equipped and stylish (cutlery shining clean), the open area upstairs was very nice on sunny days, the Internet connection was excellent (fast and with good signal all across the apartment). The apartment comfortably accomodates 5 people (two in one bedroom, three in the other.
