The staff was amazing! Give us great service. Give us a lot of information. Try harder to help me n my mom. The hotel is very near by tram. And also have shop n restaurant near by. In front of reception them also provide their customer with very good pamphlet n discount also direction. At least we have an idea where the attraction places that we should go. Friendly, helpful staff Shared amenities very clean Kitchen well stocked with equipment and clean (people respectful of shared spaces as well as, I suspect, staff keeping it clean) Close to public transport, within walking distance of the city, if you wanted to wander and stretch your legs IGA close by the area felt safe for a single woman at night.

I would say the only fault was the key cards to the rooms were quite difficult at times especially for the toilets and showers this maybe due to some renovations at the time but other wise quite happy. The king-size beds, while very comfortable, were too large for the room. A queen-size bed would have allowed us a little more elbow room. No meals in the hotel. A bit far distance from the cbd area. I don't know Melbourne that well but I thought it would be quicker to go down Victoria St than going down Spencer St, the traffic was unbelievable!. Room was very small. It was a problem to repack our not large two bags. No elevator Funny smell in the room. no lift. floors in shower area stay wet.
