Most of the apartments have wonderful water and/or city views. WiFi and onsite parking is available for an additional charge. There are a range of nearby award winning restaurants and bars, as well as the convenience of supermarket/bottle shop, chemist, and dry cleaning services.

Very comfortable, kitchen well stocked (needed wine glasses..and was no hassle to get them). view from main bedroom good. living space good.laundry and accessories good. great location. staff very helpful. Staff was very nice , very nice apartment overlooking water , etihad Stadium and city. Free city circle tram a bonus , would recommend apartment. Exellent location restraunts 2minutes away,Etheiad Stadium 5min walk.Exceptional view from rooms with balcony.

Everything except the dificulties of actually getting into our apartment in the first instance. Layout of unit, location, view from unit balcony. that windows open for fresh air. Location, close to shops, trams and to city; very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, plenty of bars and cafes nearby. Great view warm apartment everything was clean. Handy and close to the city. The view. The apartment. Loved the view .the young girl that booked us in was lovely .great location. location,staff. it was nice when we arrived to find we had been up grades to a 2 bedroom apartment and thats about as far as it went. The staff were nice. was clean. disappointed that pool area had no chairs to relax outside.Would have preferred access to wifi. Foxtel did not work, no hair dryer. no complaints. The air con was incredibly loud and winter in Melbourne is way too cold to not have it on at night. Difficult to access reception because of one way streets Access to the particular accomodation tower from the carpark not explained neither was the tower identified in the carpark. Pool area not great. very impersonal, felt very odd having no-one available to answer questions (i.e. no reception in building), outside pool! (we were told it was heated, but did not expect it to be outside in Melbourne in the middle of winter); lack of assistance to book any further trips / taxis etc (when I asked, I was given no assistance); lack of further information on what is around in Melbourne, events on etc; no sharp knives / cutting knives in drawer. Had phone call from staff prior to flying over to check what time we would arrive but unit wasnt ready went over to Harbour town and waited for phone call to advise ready. I was charged an extra night by mistake?. Tv didn't work properly cost for porter cot. We were unaware that the flat only had double beds. The kids were a little unhappy with this arrangement. I didn't think that the quality of the furniture was that great .We stayed in a few places over 2weeks and the quality was 5/10. shower you my as well stand under one of those mist fans ,we where thinking about going to bunnings to buy a new shower rose LOL, only a two seater lounge for four people WHAT THE ! guess Ive been spoilt. the bathroom was dirty there was mould and dirty shower. the apartment was quite dirty all round. not much of a view. have stayed at other apartments in Docklands with much better views and we were much happier with them i would not book this again. -The windows were so dirty you cant see clearly -The 2 wine glasses had big cracks and slightly cut my lip - i had to request new glasses -We wanted WiFi but there we not enough units so we could not use a facility that was advertised. nothing like photos,pokey little room not like the photo, looking over a construction site not the docks, very overpriced !.
