Will be staying here again, fantastic location. We went to the football at Etihad Stadium on the Sunday and it was not even a 5 minute walk great when you have young children. Easy access to city centre with tram stop right outside apartment. We parked the car at the apartment Saturday and didn't need to use it the whole time we were there. Fantastic views of the Harbour and beautiful spacious apartments. Highly recommend to other people to stay here.
all reviews » Everything was really great. The apartment was beautiful, lovely furniture and equipment and the most comfortable bed. The view was the best, the area very quiet, clean and peaceful. Lovely restaurants, fantastic coffees and a great 'pub' just a few metres away on the pier. The private taxi company recommended to us by ACD were fantastic, definitely use their services again. We would recommend ACD Apartments for a hassle free stay in Melbourne. I had a very wonderful stay at ACD . The facilities were great and our apartment had everything that was advertised plus more . Staff were amazing we had a late flight and Claudio was very accomodating, he whent above and beyond to assist us in all that we needed . We had a wonderful stay and would deffinately stay at ACD again!. All staff were very friendly. Office was not manned once but a staff member was always able to be contacted. Staff were very helpful. Apartment was spotless. Location was perfect. Highly highly recommend. Staff also arranged transfers to and from the airport for us & waited back late to check us in at midnight. Everything.. Staff are fantastic and went out of their way to greet us on arrival at 11pm at night and show us to our apartment.. Great views of Etihad Stadium and the Marina and Harbourtown Shopping two minute walk from the apartment. Clean, Tidy and Well presented as well.. I would have loved to use the gym and pool but had no idea where they were or if I was allowed. No staff working at weekend Need to call up for towel replacement. Felt a bit clinical, nice it could be some homeliness. Couldnt get Sunrise TV . Poor water pressure in 2nd bathroom. Damage to sink in extra toilet (didn't affect use). Bath was much too deep and impossible to get into. Shower head was dreadful. No TV point in bedroom. Unable to get single beds. Room was not dark enough. the small rooms the lack of maintenance on the property, leaking shower, door handles almost falling off. not enough chairs, lack of information on Melbourne as well as room, rubbish goes etc,bins in room, no light bulbs in lamps, some did not work.. Management no good..there was no one waiting for us to check us in had to ring and wake someone up... Was to hard to get in touch with anyone... Was told to leave the keys on the bench then received a phone call 28 hours later asking where the keys where. Reception closed had to call to get assistance. Poor light in bathroom. There was no staff manning the counter most of the time.
