The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Within 15 minutes we were on the 27th floor with ocean views, and two sleeping comfortable little boys, we cannot thank you enough.

Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there. We had a lovely stay with our 2 daughters (19) (17). The 2 bedroom apartment was a perfect size for older children and location was fantastic, as the girls shopped till they dropped & we relaxed while walking along the beach. I wasn't concerned for their safety when coming & going from the Hilton as the location was super!! Oh & they enjoyed a workout at the gym. We were pleasantly Upgraded, Thankyou Hilton. Incredible views. Comfy beds.Great showers (which is rare these days) Apartment was very well appointed, especially the Kitchen which had . everything you could need stored in the fist place you looked. We felt at home straight away. My Children loved the location, right in the thick of surfers so to speak. Lovely service-apartment. The staff is very polite and responsive. The facility is very complete. The kitchenette equipment very modern, and there is washing machine also. The view of our apartment is very fabulous. It has a balcon, so you can enjoy the Gold Coast beach view. Really Great experience to stay here along our family holiday. Location is great. Very near the beach and surrounded by a good range of food outlets and entertainment. Most of the in-apartment devices work great except for the dryer. We chosed the city view but we still managed to get a partial view of the ocean! Separate parking for apartments with card access, but parking is chargeable. The view was amazing , the staff were very friendly and always ready to help us and answer our questions. They knew the best attractions and places for us to visit and made excellent recommendations on where to spend our day .. I'm sure I will visit Hilton surfers paradise again and again.. fantastic facilities- beautiful room set-up- great bedrooms-Ipod connectivity- new whiteware- multi-channel TV and separate remote in master bedroom- serviced daily- top range soaps etc- quality whiteware- excellent staff -fabulous pool complex- all you could ever need. Awesome accommodation. Love the apartment and location of the hotel. A one-stop shopping and dining location. Just minutes walk to Surfers Paradise beach. The hotel is just across Hard Rock Cafe. One of the highly rated hotel I would reckon. excellent value son was in nutrigrain round and won it so good only had to book one night as time wise im a manager in sydney and was grateful only had to book one night great location friendly staff excellent facilities. I looooove the Hilton (: the staff are extra lovely. We called ahead to try to get in our room early as we had a wedding to get to and instead they upgraded us for free. Such a nice thing to do. I highly recommend!. Everything was excellent, although we did call reception to ask for help in regards to our stove, she was unprofessional and very unfriendly, she called over an engineer he was very nice and attentive. Location is perfect which is in the center of Surfers Paradise around all tourist shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Excellent concierge and reception staff. We really like the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I was have problems with my cell phone international service they were very accomodating in helping me. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were modern and comfortable, plenty of space. The hotel is situated very close to shopping and the beach. Rooms are very quiet and you don't have to listen to other guest making noise throughout the night. Something for the kids to enjoy and lovely if you go without the kids!. The hotel itself is in an excellent location for all that is on offer at the gold coast and the rooms were finished and decorated to very good standard. Loved !! We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the Hilton Hotel. We will certainly stay again. The included buffet breakfast was a 10/10, so good. The staff were amazing, very polite and efficient. Beds were very comfortable. Friendly staff, great ocean views, convinent to everything, the bed is soooo comfortable, definitely will recommend to friends. The convenient location. The only thing we didnt like was the fact that we accidently left our high chair in the room, we didnt realise till we got back to Brisbane, and rang straight away to ask them to put it in storage, till we were back down the coast in 11 days. We were told that, that was too long for storage time, and housekeeping would give us a ring back within the hour. We are still waiting for thatphone call and it has ben a week. Didn't like it when my holiday ended :). Incredible stay- We didn't want to go We'll be back. We love all about this apartment. The apartment cleaning standard was not consistent and the cloth dryer sounded like a drum. One of the toilets has a lingering stink. No manual can be found for the dishwasher and we had to use it by guesswork. NOTHING- marvelous place. nothing. We expected to be on a higher floor, but floor 17 was decent. Also the bedsheets had abit of an odor but it was bearable. Beds are small and not comfortable while cleaning was basic. The pools were shaded w/ not very many chairs. Nothing!. Someone had thrown an egg and it was splattered on the outside of our window. Looked disgusting. The hotel is not value for money due to the costs of the rooms and you are also very close to the night life and therefore you can hear the music from the nightlife. Was a bit noisy at night but it didn't bother us too much. Indoor pool wasn't heated, and the gym had limited equipment (no free weights) but that wouldn't stop me from staying again the next time I'm at the coast. Not having a dust pan to collect the mess. Would like daily vacuum of floors. When we arrived in a limo, we were ignored by the man at the desk out front, we had to carry our bags in ourselves. Overall didn't want to leave and go home :(. The only thing that spoiled our Fun was the weather and what they say good one day perfect The next they should state Wet one day better have flippers the next. There was only a limited amount of bath towels in the bedrooms & no hand or face towels, which was a little surprising. Delay in delivering what we need in the room. For example, when we ask for extra tea, salt, towels, tissue. We get them after a long time. The fact that I have to pay extra for WiFi. Poor decoration, slow at the reception. Room cleaning was horrible, we stayed there for 6 nights, not once they changed our bed sheets. Toilets were not cleaned properly at all. We had to pay for Wi Fi, one staff would say it costs AD 29 and other said 10 per day, in some countries you pay AD29 for a whole month. Concierge was good overall bit the morning we were checking out the person on duty was not helpful at all. They had limited coffee and milk to start with and when you have three poeple stayying and a couple of friends visiting this is not good. Plus the pots and utensiles were not very good for cooking. Service at front office r not standardized..some r freindly..other r not....smell from lift to da room was awful...there were some rubbish beside da room door n exist for all our stay..reception area should be more luxrious.. smaller than i expected but still ok. the fact that we requested 3 seperate beds only to find 2 on arrival but satisfied with getting another room eventually. Nothing. Salt Grill - only limited selection for "quality of restaurant" The strong smell on the corridors on several floors - ?rubbish chute. No free wi fi Cloudy directions on how to get to the room Our stay was very short. the breakfast buffet got lots of little flies and that is very annoying me. Everymorning when we had our breakfast the flies came and stayed on our food, dropped in my tea and our children milk which has reduced our enjoyment. If this can be fixed it would be great and I am sure that lots of guest will have same thought and they may or may not mention here. Other than that we had a great time there.
