I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. Staff were extremely helpful. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.

The apartment was spacious-really good sized balcony, with lovely view. Stylish and spotless. Everything!. The booking was great value for money. I booked 3 apartments for 2 nights and appreciated that 1 of them was upgraded to a garden loft, and the other 2 were next to each other. Really well appointed for the price, handy location. All up, a great weekend stay and I would definitely come back. The 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and perfect for a trip to Brisbane. I love the fact that they are self contained much better than staying in a hotel room. The location is great with a short walk to the city. There is a convenience shop under the complex and liquor store closeby. Loved the whole place from entering the reception area to going to our room. Loved the open space and the village green. Also the pool was great and the gym facility was awesome. Our 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic. The outlook from apartment was great. The village green provided an oasis in the city and great for relaxing in. Two bathrooms proved convenient. Parking was easily accessed and secure. Convenient location. Absolutely perfect. Nice and modern. exactly what I expected. central location was great and having stayed previously the new building was very good. The apartments are very close to the city and the showgrounds. The are well appointed and perfect for an older family looking for quality accommodation. But this was nothing really-we returned to apartments at the end of our holiday because we liked it so much. Nothing really to complain about. Pillows were hard. Clothes dryer wasnt working. No comment all was great. Nothing really. the master bedroom bed was well worn and provided no support for my back. While it was too soft for my own condition, the single beds were better. Maybe they should change the shower this is the only bad thing I found. Staff walked in unanounced to check room. we had been in the room for two hours. The shortness of my stay at oxygen - I will be back for sure. Parking for customers to check in and out is minimal and a bit confusing. Short of parking in a bus zone there was nothing out the front. We did find a car park at the 7/11 but they are few and far between. When approaching the apartments in any direction other than from Leichhardt St. it is difficult to see the apartment sign. Our only other suggestion would be that a box of tissues in the apartment would be a nice touch. Was on the 7th floor with 3 young children. Safety issue with balcony and young children. Also front door lock easily opened by a young child. Maybe a safety chain would resolve this issue and lower floor apartment for families with young children. Only a suggestion otherwise couldn't fault the location, accommodation & service. Squeaking doors. Nothing all good. One of the single beds was very hard to sleep on, and one of the guests had to sleep on the sofa because of this. Staff said pool was solar heated. No heat for pool at all - too cold for a swim in August. Up a big hill from central Station - be prepared to carry little ones and wait for lots of traffic lights. Alls good. Traffic noise. Reception hours rather limited for apartments of this quality & not possible to leave our baggage with them on final day whilst city sight seeing before going to airport in evening, as it happened to be a public holiday (Wednesday) so closed at 2pm. Nothing. The rain!. Painting and renovations going on were noisy and smelly!. Had to pay a $200 bond on the spot and was not notified about this before hand.. Very very very inconvenient. Nothing. Check in on Saturdays after 2 but reception not manned aft 2. Have to call to get access to safe. Just more hassle than really needs to be on checkin. Not very clear instructions on how to access Car park. Also need more signs in Car park showing alternative Appartment Buildings and how to access them. After hours -no reception. All keys were left in the one safe. hills walking back from Queen Street mall nothing else. Garbage odour in corrridor outside our apartment . Rather a mean supply of cutlery and glasses, 3 bed apartment should have supplies for 12 so at least 2 meals for 6 people can be served before dishwasher is used otherwise there is a waste of water and power. No hot water apparently due to burst water pipe but only found out through a small flyer in the elevator after our second night. had an oven but no caseroles etc to use in it. Requested two x two bedroom apartments with sepcific bedding, didn;t not have available upon arrival. Enough beds, but some people had to share a bed. Wifi was advertised but password was out of date. Very noisy unit on st Pauls Terrace - the other was quiet though. Booking was made for a family - ended up being in two seperate buildings which minimised our time together. The car park, staff not telling you where you should park when collecting the keys, then getting a note informing me. To move my car as I have parked in the wrong spot and will get towed away if this isn't done ASAP. When you look around in the car park there was spaces available which one normal person would park in that space. Nothing. Main road room too noisy to have windows open in evening. Need better locks for the main door to apartments. None.
