I chose this hotel for our honeymoon, for its interior style and location, both of which were excellent. The staff were friendly and very attentive and language was never a problem. We would definitely recommend it and are already thinking of returning to the city and hotel in the future. The whole staff, especially the front desk and Pablo. He is an outstanding employee. No mather how long he has been working (sometimes more than 10 hours) was always in an excellent mood.

The gym hours only started at 7am; they need to open by 6am minimually. 2. My room had a very foul odor one day; which the staff promptly took care of....but based on the "stains" on the walls, I'd guess that has happened before. The bathroom in my room was too small (room 1214). Small bathroom, Unfriendly staff, Breakfast is better in European Hotels.
