The newly remodeled room was extremely comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The staff was as helpful and friendly as we could have desired. Our only criticism is that this large hotel has only one computer for guests' internet services. The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great.I like everithing. when my room was was a smoking room, I requested they move me to a non-smoking room. As an American, i didn't think to make the request with the booking -- but they accommodated me, even with an upgraded room for the booking price.

We asked for an upgrade to double supieror[from double standard[ and were well pleased with that room($30.00US) difference. The room was too warm and too noisy. Breakfast was also very poor. a little noisy. refurbishment on my floor, i.e 11th. noisey at times, A better selection at breakfast,,,too many sweet pastries .unable to make international IDD calls from my room TV not tumed in properly .Needs to upgrade its 70's decor and provide internet acces from each room . a bit better breakfast. Very kindly personal. Lack of internet in Room. No socket available to charge my cellphone and laptop.Toilet was not cleaned. They charged things from the minibar that we did not consume, guests should carefully check the minibar before entering the room !!!. bit threadbare, but we knew it was due for redecoration and was priced accordingly.Was a bit noisy...thin walls and the way the rooms were situated, youeither got street noise or noise from the other guests. room next door stripped for renovation and work starting 07.00 hrs!!. Is geting older: Carpets, curtains and bathroom accesories, Noisy elevator. It is definitely not a four star hotel at best two star. Cleanliness of your room and bathroom and comfort (too small room). The room was very hot and when I asked was there anything they could do I was told "No way".Breakfast, room confort. The hotel is being refurbished, with different prices for refurbished and unrefurbished rooms. The room was where we stayed was not refurbished so the furniture was old, and it wasn't very clean. The room price went up in one week.Dirty: all carpets. quite old and squalid, carpet smells, room face to other rooms, no int connections in the room,.
