  The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids.   As a welcoming gesture there was a piece of homemade pie. The room was nice, big and very light. The bathroom has a nice size as well. All rooms come with seaview balcony or terrace. There is a pier just 20 mtrs from your room where you can swim. Public beach is just 10 minutes by walk and it's true.   The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished and very clean, optimal in every detail. Ours was a short stay, we enjoyed the beach close to the apartment and did a few trips to Heraklion to visit its museums and Knossos. A smashing taverna is opposite and the glorious beach is a 5 minute stroll away. Nikos and his family are great and always there to help. We have been to Stallis for the last 5 yrs and stayed at Diamond Beach the last 2 ! Cant wait to go back.
