All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent with a wide choice of breakfast and evening meal buffet. The room was very comfortable and well maintained and the interconnecting doors for families was a real bonus. . The hotel is in a good location for local amenities and access to nearby secure local parking was really useful. We will definitely return here. Good situation. Reception staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Free use of bicycles an added bonus!.

The staff were really helpful and friendly,the buffet breakfast was very good. the ambience and the toen. It was clean location was good ,Staff very friendly , One of the best Hotels I have stayed in while in Ostend. Value for Money, the american breakfast was Good plenty to eat and drink. excellent breakfasts, good sized room, clean with comfy beds. very nice reception and bar (the only place to sit due to the heat). I liked that the hotel was very central with plenty of parking. Efficiant check in process,good size room and bathroom.courtesy of the reception staff. Breakfast superb - Location with parking in streets nearby. The quality of the dinner in the restaurant. The comortable bed. very central. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and quite spacious. Thetv was large.Convienant location, bed very comfortable, nice clean bathroom, good breakfast. Breakfast buffet was excellent.The breakfast was very basic on the first morning and on the second morning I think the oven had broken as everything was burnt!. the cost of the parking. comfort- our rooms did NOT have air conditioning (even though in the hotel itself it advertized air conditioned rooms) and none of us were able to sleep due to the heat, otherwise it was most acceptable. It should be advertised as a no smoking hotel,during booking process wewere given a choice to have smoking room however no smoking hotel.no,I had no cause for complaint. Make sure you buy drinks in hotel's bar ' during happy hour 5.30 - 6.30. No coffee facilities in room despite advertising as such and dont take a cat to swing....but its a budget hotel you have to expect the unexpected.The room overlooked the generator and fire escape so was very noisy, so wouldn't want same room. not enough pillows,we stayed on a non smoking floor but the hallway was full of cigarette smoke in the morning. There was not enough staff at breakfast. We had to be waited to beseated because the tables, although not occupied, were still messy fromprevious guests. Food at the buffet was not topped up fast enough and wehad to wait quite a while for tea/coffee to be served (thereforetea/coffee should have been self service also). Room view poor. Bathroomgrouting a little dirty/old but clean overal!. Elevator was a little scary and dirty, hallways very narrow and unattractive, Good deal at 79 euros but would not stay here for regular full price.Room and bathroom very small and needed much brighter lighting. slow and small lift, rooms rather small, loud. The elevator was extremely slow!. No bathroom door, hear all noise in lift lobby, parking expensive. The elevator was so tiny and did not fit our double stroller. We had to lug everything up 2 flights of stairs. The part of the hotel we were in was very cramped - room, corridors, staircases and lift. Breakfast was extensive but the hot buffet was warm at best.Bathroom too small. Temp in room. lift needs to be looked at does not reach floor level. First we received a room which was not ready (10pm!!!)...we had requested a big bed room and we received a twin bed room. the personel of the hotel was not very kind!!. The staff not that friendly or helpful. Non smoking floors still had ashtrays and smelt of smoke. And don't bank on getting the room you book. room was cheap. The 1st room we were given, had not been cleaned. There was a champagne cork on the side; one of the cups from part of the kitchen set contained cigarette ash and buts-Even though I had requested a non smoking room. As you can image the room was stank of smoke! Plus there was also a dirty cup in the bathroom. Terrible. I stayed in the room that was smell to bad. Like it wassmoking room although I reserved a non smoking. The windows wasdirty and the bathroom in terrible mess. I wouldn't recommend thathotel to nobody.
