The service was outstanding. reception, porters, customer service manager, tour manager were fantastic.
The rooms were modern and large. We stayed in the top floor suite with a huge balcony overlooking the old town.
My daughter was treated like a member of the family for the 2 weeks she stayed here on her own.

The hotel is really nice. The staff was really friendly and spoke English fluently. They helped us in every way possible to make our trip pleasant. As we checked out around 5:30am to catch a flight, the hotel gave us take-away breakfast packs to have on our way-a kind gesture that was totally unexpected. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. The staff were just as friendly and the room was great. The shower and bathroom worked fine and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff even arranged a takeaway breakfast since our flight out was very early in the morning before breakfast started at the hotel. This was a nice little extra touch and was very appreciated.
