This hotel is relatively new and it shows in the way the rooms look clean and modern. The room has all the mod cons, including free internet in every room but the first room we were in was with a small window. It was a very nice hotel and quiet location yet close to all the main
attractions of Hanoi. We found it very relaxing and very friendly. The
staffs are very helpful and very polite. Staff at the front desk was
particularly helpful. All the staffs made you feel attended to and
welcome. The breakfasts were fantastic and the restaurant is excellent,
but a bit pricey for Vietnam. We had a great stay and would not hesitate
to return or recommend the hotel to fellow travelers.

For visiting the Old Quarter the location is as good as it gets. Looking around at other similar priced hotels in this area the Tirant stands up very well. I stay in many hotels but this services was perfect. I had some problems and they help with everything. They change date train and plain tickets ask me everything oke. They realy care you. We stayed in the hotel for two nights during our dragon boat holiday in Hanoi. The hotel is not In The old quarter, which I chooses deliberately to avoid the hustle and noise in the old quarter.
Free wifi, simple but adequate breakfast (they have pho, a local rice noodle, very delicious), the travel guide I found in the room is also very useful.

The friendliness of all the staff made our stay very special. Everyone from the doorman to the manager were so helpful and welcoming. The suite was so beautiful and clean. It's a very good hotel near the city center. They pick up us from the airport very late at night only for 4 $ more than the usual price and to the airport at the same price that all the taxisand they kept our lugage to go to Halong Bay. In tha city center, friendly staff and good design.

Excellent location. Most friendly and helpful staff. All of them you just couldn't fault the service. Our room was excellent and the balcony overlooking a busy Hanoi Street was just what you need to soak in the atmosphere. However if you do not like the busy traffic and noise suggest you ask for a quieter room. Everything was handy especially the shops and restaurants.
