Really excellent location right on the beach front with free use of sun beds etc and a 20min walk into Duong dong centre with the night food market. The gardens are beautifully maintained and beach kept very clean. We paid a little more for a sea view bungalow and it was lovely and quiet and you can see and hear the sea from the terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean with very pretty outside bathroom. You do get insects coming in but there are mosquito nets for .

This is where you go to relax as there is no phones or television. You can rent a scooter from them for $7 a day!. Staff was very friendly, despite what we read on this website. I am led to believe it gets a lot hotter later in the season though so might not be ideal. Staff not really friendly so just have to forget about them. No a/c but a fan. It helps a little... Mattress too hard for me but this is subjectiv. Seems that some bungalows have an open bathroom which could be a problem for mosquitos. Our was closed so no issue with that. The cabana we stayed in had no ac and a lot of insects came in as there were no screens on windows and large gaps in the ceiling. The rooms have no airco so it's hot at night. Restoration work on the beach so was sometimes noisy. The sea is not very clean so did not feel like swimming. A lot of Russians. Far to little sunbeds for the number of guests. Mediocre and sometimes rude staff. It was very hot during our stay and their was no breeze, would be a great idea to offer air conditioning in the bungalows. Also the dining area had no fans so breakfast was uncomfortable. I liked everything and would go again. The bungalows where a bit aged, as well as the bed. The bathrooms were really nice though, probably recently renovated. The staff was a bit grumpy (except for the chef) and they did not offer bike-rental which we had read about. very expensive hotel restaurant reserved staff. Not very convenient. Restaurant is not very good. Hotel charged for credit card used even though letsbookhotel.com price should have been final cost. No service for the whole duration of 3 days. Only Highspeed Fan, no toilet shower.
