Had some issues with travel agent, the receptionist at the counter are unapproachable and unfriendly.   Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged airport pickup for me and for my wife when she came in a day later. Great breakfast buffet with both Eastern and Western options. - The doorman was EXCELLENT, and cabs are always directly out the front door. The location is right in the middle of the downtown area.
