Very clean Room.Good location. Really convenient to get to Tourist area - centre of city from the airport( only 30 mins by taxi). Hotel's pick up service was great, We get to hostel very fast, comfortable and safe at night time! Without their pick up service, We thought we couldn't find this place cos everywhere closed and dark, it's really difficult for you to find the place you want. From bringing things we needed, to sending postcards for us, buying us tickets to the water puppet show, making calls in vietnamese to help us at some staff we hade to do and helped us book the cheapest flying tickets from DaNang to Hanoi. Always smiling, helping and caring. Made our settling down after long flight so easy. The room was big and comfortable for us as a familiy. The best thing about this hotel is its perfect location. However, almost everything else is as good. The staff were friendly and ready to help at any time. This is my best value for money hotel I have ever been to. The breakfast was good also, it wasnt any kind of luxury thing, but it got what is needed for a good start of the day. I would definetly book in again if returning to Ho Chi Minh!. Location was great, amaizing & helpful staff. Helped us planning our visit and even helped recovering a credit card that got stuck in a close by ATM. Although very friendly, the staff were easily confused and made mistakes with the booking and pick up - 1 of our group had to stay in their sister hotel across the road. Obviously this could be a language translation issue as I don't speak Vietnamese!. The breakfast is a bit lousy. They even forgot my noodle soup. Nothing. I had to get up very early and Saturday night there is a huge noise of the cafes around. So good for holidays if you like the pubculture. Less good if you need your sleep to give a training next day... Just outside the door is a bar that plays loud music late in the night. The bars are right down the hotel and make a lot of noise on party nights. our room was at the front & noisy but we didnt ask to change rooms so i cant complain ,. Noisy street. Bath/shower weird shape where everyone who used it slipped over. Almost like there is not flat spot. Beds slightly too small. Not a "family room" as advertised. It was noisy in the evening because there were clubs in the area.
