  Friendly staff and fantastic location. Tom at reception and Diang (sp?) at the booking office were extremely helpful as were the other staff I met. Had a bit of a run in with a security guard there but that was completely my and another guest's folly. Rooms were immaculate. Had my own balcony. - Excellent value for money. Much more than a backpac... what people say » kers hostel. Comfy rooms and very near to the beach, bars and places to eat. Staff were very friendly. My daughter and I stayed for 11 nights as it was such a great place to stay and enjoy all Mui Ne had to offer

  The staff is really responsible and friendly! They speak English! They offers free bus ticket booking service and when we changed another Hotel, the front desk staff called us to make sure that we have well noted of the bus coming time. The Hotel environment is clean and beautiful with a big swing pool and flower. - We love the peace and quiet of... what people say » the resort. It's a little out of town but taxis only cost 2-3 dollars to get into the Muine strip. The rooms are modern and very comfortable with balconies that provide amazing views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices catered for most nationalities.

  Everything about this place was awesome! The staff were very friendly, the food was amazing, the massage packages we had were amazing (1hour massage plus 4 course dinner for $50 AUD), the beaches were lovely - mostly rocky just outside the resort, with patches of sandy beach (which my daughter loved - looking for crabs, looking in the rockpools et... what people say » c), with large sandy beaches about 2 minutes walk along the shore. The buffet breakfasts were incredible! The rooms were so lovely - huge, comfortable - The hotel is located in a quiet place in the town, away from the noisy boke market and backpackers' houses. Spa rooms are along the beach side and it was quite nice to have sound of the waves during massage.Breakfast is not bad with pretty much selection, and staff are very helpful. Thus, it's a good choice for vacation. Btw, it was my friend's bday trip. I rushed out early on her bday morning, and asked receptionist for cake as surprise for my friend...haha, can't forget her amazing face when

  My husband and I recently travelled around Vietnam and visited Shades in the middle of our trip. We loved everything about Shades - the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The resort was perfect - right on the beach, the pool exactly what we wanted, the staff were very helpful and I got spoilt when I celebrated my birthday out t... what people say » here. It was the best place we stayed at in Vietnam! - The friendly and helpful staff. Very comfy bed and nice rooms. Ideal for quick dip in sea and also nice pool. Stayed 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the service that we received.

  We decided to stay here as it was one of the cheapest places to stay in Mui Ne! When we pulled up outside I didn't know why to expect as it doesn't look much but I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised when I saw the lovely swimming pool and room. However it is the staff that made the stay for us, they were so helpful with absolutely ev... what people say » erything. In particular, we had booked with them to do a sunset sand dune tour and had paid in advance. Due to the weather we had to cancel an hour be - Thís was a return visit. Charming family hotel with lots òf châracter. Clean as a whistle and very comfortable place . Pool very nice with loads of shade and comfy lounges. Beautful gardens and very good staff. Everybody ứa more than willing to asist with every request. So relaxing felt like oour honeymoon. Food and variety was superb/ Breakfast always hot and plenty of it. Very good value hotel . Will definately return to thís little paradise
