the exercise room. location to the people we knew. Easy access. I liked the fact that even though they did not have my reservation from LetsBookHotel.com they took care of us anyway! the bed, the space. situation, price. Friendly staff; restaurant availability and assistance granted to guests. location to downtown and metro. Location and restaurant. Very Quiet even on 2nd. Floor next to busy street great bed. Breakfastin hotel not very good but lots of options close by.Room was very clean, great to have a fridge and it was very comfortable. Did the tourist thing. Hotel was well located to all sites.Location. Good location. Close to convention center, metro station, circulator bus and main tourist attractions. Internet not available in rooms as advertised and also a problem withaccess throughout the hotel except in lobby - but still poor signal. Notgood for people who are travelling for work purposes.The cost of the use of internet - way too high. I wanted to use the pool at 21:15 after a whole day visiting the city and the pool was closed, being the closing time at 22:00. After complaining they said it was due to maintenance but there was nobody there, just closed. No business center available for free internet connection. Paper cups in room for making/drinking coffee from. the pool area was filled and small noisey and smelled strong of chemicals. Had to switch rooms to Starwood Level at 3:30am, due to terriblemattress in King Bed Room. water of swimming pool was too cold. I do not like you put the coffee pot in bathroom, it would be better to put outside. swimming pool is very small. No holiday decoration. no newspaper for guests.indoor pool was cold. The house keeping was terrible just before holiday season. Many noisy teen age guests. The restaurant service was very poor. No breakfast included, area a little quiet (even boring?) at night. I arrived 3am after various delayed/cancelled flights, they couldn't find my booking. Told me I would have to pay twice as much and would need to check out next morning as no rooms available the next night. The following morning after having to get up early (after having travelled 50hr) and check out, they finally found my booking. Neglected to clean room one day. Room 730 has a nusty smell. I truly did not enjoy the four nights I stayed there. I only stayed because I thought I had a negotiated price.
I negotiated the total price of 976 dollars when I checked in on the 28th and the staff agreed. To my suprice I was made to pay 1272 excluding my phone bills . This is 296 dollars more!! Had I been informed about the additional costs, I would not have stayed a day more.
I urge you to do the right thing and refund me for the difference.
