The hotel is centrally located. The staff were very helpful. The central location in San Francisco. It was a nice and beautiful place, the staff was kind. appearance of the interior of the lobby, restaurants, restrooms. The extra charges for internet access over and above the room charge. The walls are paper thin, so we were kept up by a coughing child all night on one side of our room- and the noise from the pool area on the other side. Unfortunately we were located right next to the pool and fitness area, and there are no signs for children-who are constantly running in and out- to be quiet. I'm sure our stay would have been better if we were elsewhere. It's a nice place, but the pool/jacuzzi are much smaller than in the pix. .
